We are currently seeking a Kronos Support Officer to perform a range of tasks to support the Kronos Time and Attendance Team and to assist AP Eagers Stakeholders, located at Brisbane Airport.

About the role:
The Kronos Support Officer will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with the ongoing development and improvement of project governance, processes, tools and templates.
- Rollout, update, train and support project participants with adoption of Kronos process and system
- Assist with prioritisation and assignment of work within the Kronos team.
- Drive regular and effective communications within the Kronos Team, to stakeholders and to the broader business about Kronos initiatives, improvements and changes.
- Oversees the documentation and compliance of processes and support their introduction into the business.
- Deliver change activities as required to meet milestones and deliverables.
- Participate in testing Kronos functionality.
- Develops and delivers training for introduction of the Kronos T&A system and relevant processes.
- Produces training material for the Kronos T&A system implementation.
- Delivers role-centric learning sessions to stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate onsite technical support with installation of hardware.
- Assists with responding to Kronos emails.
- Manages the Kronos email inbox.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Knowledge of Kronos end user functions (EG: rostering, exceptions management, reports, access profiles, password resets)
