We are seeking an independent, experienced, hands-on head of admin who is confident to manage their department autonomously without missing a beat.

Don't be fooled. This role is no walk in the park. It is busy but it is fun! Each gift bundle consists of multiple things (stock/processes) that need to happen in a timely manner to ensure our orders are branded and dispatched on time. It all starts with the head of admin and how efficient and effective you are to get the order to the warehouse.

The Role itself:

  • Daily processing of orders & responding to customer queries and requests
  • Processing those orders/payments first in Shopify and then through CIN7 to ensure our warehouse team has the correct information to pack the order without error. 
  • Experience with managing Sales admin & Customer interactions via email. If you are good on the phone it is a bonus, but we conduct 90 % of our customer interaction via email. (In short - can you close a sale over an email?) 
  • Creating material through Canva (Custom messages on gift cards, branding stickers etc)
  • Answering incoming calls, live chat responses, taking messages, and re-directing calls as required.
     

Who will thrive in this role?

  • Experience in a fast-paced admin role across multiple systems (Canva, Cin7, Shopify, Google Drive) 
  • Loves procedures! Loves to follow, and loves to create them (but still possesses a sense of humor and positivity.) 
  • Customer Service & Sales minded in everything you do. 
  • Knows how to listen to customers & navigate the best way to assist them.
  • Autonomous approach to working. The experience and ability to handle your tasks with confidence and without the need for supervision. 
  • High attention to detail but still quick thinking & common sense. 
  • Ability to work under pressure in peak periods 
  • Someone who brings initiative. If you can find a better way to do something, pitch it to the team - we love efficiency and welcome change!
     

Experience required:

  • Shopify E-commerce website 1+ year 
  • Canva 1+ year 
  • Sales experience in a customer service role (knows the value of an upsell) 
  • Cin7 or similar to ERP/inventory management system experience desired
  • 3+ years Administration experience 
  • Mac - Will be working on a big beautiful Mac Desktop computer 
  • Google Drive

Non Peak office hours are: 
Mon - Thursday 7:30am - 4pm Friday 7:30am - 1pm

This position is full-time available for an immediate start. Whilst this is a senior position, this person is expected to process orders, chase payments and work closely with our customers and beautiful internal team. 
It is hands-on and brilliant!
