Medical Receptionist – Part Time

We are a large Gold Coast based Paediatric Specialty Clinic and require a highly motivated and organised person to join our reception team. 

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic and passionate administration team. Your skill-set must include excellent phone manner, administration prowess and attention to detail. You must also have a kind nature, a welcoming manner, thrive in a dynamic workplace, enjoy the company of children and be empathetic towards their family. 

Key Duties:

• To support our existing administration team.
• Efficiently work at reception managing incoming calls and learn and embrace the integrated processes that support workflow
• Management of incoming patient data and patient information.
• Communicate with patients and their families/carers in a professional, compassionate & friendly manner.

Remuneration is based on Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020.
