Our client is a global legal services company focused on supporting in house legal departments and law firms globally by uplifting their business operations, specifically, through the contract placement of legal professionals and other important roles.
This opportunity is for an APAC Engagement Manager to help grow the business across the Asia-Pacific.
The Role
This role reports to the Global Head of Engagement Management, and works closely with Management, Acquisition, and Operations team.
Key Tasks include:
- Design, prioritise and effectively escalate Business Development strategies.
- Develop relationships with customers, wherein you will understand their business needs and challenges to effectively resolve their issues.
- Negotiate terms with customers to ensure margin requirements are met.
- Support the Legal and Sales teams when negotiating contracts with customers.
A good candidate will have:
- An existing network of Customers and/or talent whom you work with regularly.
- 5 + years' experience in a senior recruitment role in the legal industry.
- Experience within a recruitment or CRM database (Bullhorn preferred).
A great candidate will have:
- Experience building a business, or within business development within a larger agency or business.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior recruitment role in the legal industry.
- Ability to work autonomously with self-motivation and understanding of navigating conflicting priorities and when to escalate appropriately.
