Roles and Responsibilities:
10+ years of experience preferably with Financial Services
Java developer with Restful API programming experience
Relational Database programming through UNIX scripting and Java
Experience in ReactJS and have done Front-end development.
Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
Experience or familiarity with technologies such as WSDL, REST and/or SOAP web services, XML, JBoss, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Hibernate, Spring
Experience or familiarity with Oracle DB and SQL
A highly skilled individual who can create well-structured front-end architecture, APIs, and can also write reusable, and scalable JavaScript codes.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Recommend best practices on application development frameworks and potential new tools that can be used to ease development and improve end consumer experience.
Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions.
Architect and design complete and advanced solutions for applications (Front End and Back End).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and shape new features.
Gather technical requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
Think from end user's perspective and focus on improving the overall product experience.
Ability to quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements. Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Essential:
Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Java, Spring, Springboot, AWS, Jenkins
Experience in Agile methodologies implementation building high performance cross functional teams and delivering incremental business value with lean processes and close collaboration with customers.
High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change.
Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques.
Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team.
Actively participate in Agile processes including planning and estimation
Create formal user stories based on functional and non-functional requirements.

Preferred:
Any degree in IT/ Computer science with good knowledge in Java, Spring, Springboot, AWS, Jenkins
