AddressGTE is a leading engineering solutions provider specialising in Control Systems, electrical, industrial communications, and functional safety engineering in the mining and industrial sectors. Our capability extends across the entire project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility studies to engineering design, technology trials, project delivery and operational support services.
Reporting directly to the Control Systems Engineering Manager, the LeadControl Systems Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their Control Systems technical requirements. This role involves translating these needs into customised solutions to effectively address their operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their unique technical requirements. Utilise this insight to develop tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
- Lead the preparation of engineering cost estimates and high-quality proposal documents.
- Provide technical expertise to enhance the capabilities of the Control Systems engineering team and offer support to various departments as required.
- Execute Control Systems engineering tasks as needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a Control Systems Engineer within the mining or related industries.
- Client-focused individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding of Control Systems and related engineering principles.
- Commercial nous and a competitive streak are highly desirable.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
