Are you a Receptionist/Practice Manager with excellent customer service and people skills and the ability to maintain a dynamic and positive work environment? We are a contemporary Physiotherapy business in the Sydney CBD, with 2 (soon to be 3) clinics and a first class reputation having treated over 40,000 patients with a 5-star Google rating. The successful candidate will join a fabulous organisation in a pivotal role, managing the administrative tasks of the practice at an operational level. You will work collaboratively with other reception and professional staff at both clinics to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice. This role is 'hands on' and will require a problem solver who can think on their feet and handle some busy periods. Our culture and “feel” are very important and we work hard to maintain a positive working relationship between all staff and with our clients.
