The Learning advisor plays a pivotal role in optimizing and providing a streamlined, holistic approach to online learning at CSR.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the key manager and administrator of CSRs Learning Management System, Elev8 you will be responsible for the evolution of the online learning experience of our employees.
- Support a streamlined learning experience through effective administration and ongoing configuration for the learning management system, Elev8, powered by Docebo.
- Manage the LinkedIn Learning platform, keeping across functionality enhancements, and working with the OD team to creatively leverage the content options to solve for learning requirements.
- Maintain and curate the online content library of CSR developed content, and external content from LinkedIn Learning and go1 to enable a blended approach to learning.
- Develop simple, just in time e-learning solutions to support HR initiatives using Articulate Rise.
- Proactively look for ways to enhance the learner experience, designing and managing UI and UX enhancements to increase learner log ins and training completion rates.
- Effectively and efficiently manage technical support queries, partnering with the internal IT support team.
- Analyse user engagement and provide input to the overall Digital Learning Strategy, producing monthly usage reports and providing insightful analytics.
- Enable end user confidence through blended and targeted training solutions.
- Role model in all CSR Behaviours.

- Excelling in both independent work and collaborative environments, demonstrating confidence in autonomously tackling tasks whist thriving as a valuable team contributor.
- Hold a creative mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively whilst effectively addressing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer centric approach.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to effectively engage, communicate and build relationships.
- Basic HTML skills is highly desirable.
- Basic experience using an e-learning authoring tool, Articulate 360 is highly desirable.
- 1+ years of Learning Management System experience.
