The Victorian Government established Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act).
About the role
Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, the Learning and Development Advisor is a vital member of the People and Culture (P&C) Team and is responsible for the development and training of talented staff to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and engaging workplace culture.
The role of the Learning and Development Advisor is to coordinate the development and delivery of the LHA Capability Development Plan and to work as a member of the P&C team to oversee coordination of the LHA annual Performance Development Program (PDP).
A key responsibility of this role will be to coordinate the development, facilitation and delivery of e-Learning and classroom-based training programs and materials, support tools and other development initiatives.
This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
