Learning And Development Consultant - Technology

Operating within the highly regarded People Team, the Learning and Development function has a broad remit in all areas of building capability and plays a vital role in creating rewarding careers for our 350+ employees.

This role sits within the L&D team and will also work closely with the IT team. It will primarily focus on technology initiatives (use of systems and software, AI initiatives etc.) but may also support the wider L&D team on other projects as required.

We are open to both full-time and part-time applications (3-5 days). With a strong preference to join our existing Sydney team, we will also consider applications for Melbourne.

What you will do

• Consult across the business to understand need areas for technology upskilling or to support change initiatives.
• Design and deliver solutions to support learning needs including workshops and one-on-one coaching in online, face-to-face or blended environments. 
• Create and curate content to support learning including eLearning modules (using Articulate or similar), videos, resource guides etc.
• Support the implementation of, and updates to, business systems with a learner focused approach to managing business change. 
• Enhance your expertise as a technology SME by continually developing your own skills and knowledge.

Who you are

• Passionate L&D professional with previous experience delivering technology focused content.
• Self-starter with ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment, balancing independence with collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent communicator with the confidence to consult with and influence stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
• ‘Tech savvy’ operator with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Outcome focused with meticulous attention to detail.
