Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to assess learning needs and craft training programs aligned with organisational goals.
- Develop, facilitate, and manage various in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Create compelling learning materials, resources, and presentations to support comprehensive training programs.
- Assess training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and data analysis, continuously refining programs for optimal impact.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development to enhance our program offerings.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs or learning initiatives.
- Profound understanding of adult learning principles and proficiency in instructional design methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
