What You'll Do
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for the creation and delivery of tailored training programs. Designed with leadership, management, business and personal progression and best practice in mind, you will be responsible for expanding on the talents and skills of all employees across all levels within Retail at Signal Brands Australia. All Learning and Development activities should be focused on helping employees understand and work towards Signal Brands Australia’s goals and long-term success. you may also be required to collaborate with multiple key stakeholders to create content.
- Develop comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to employees, fostering a culture of growth and Development.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Learning and Development.
