Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of important training
- Fostering a culture of continuous Learning and Development by promoting and communicating the value of training opportunities to all employees
- Liaising with stakeholders to support employee learning
- Contribute to continuous improvement and changes in Learning and Development
- Contribute to the design and Development of learning materials
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- A genuine passion to making a difference
- Proven training and L&D experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of and experience in vocational education and professional development programs.
