What are we looking for?
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer in this newly created role, you will support NRG with developing, coordinating and delivering key learning and development projects across the group. This involves working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to develop innovative materials and programs that will enhance the experience for team members and apprentices. This is a great opportunity for a driven and proactive L&D professional who is keen to use their expertise and see rewarding results.
Ideally, you will be a vibrant and proactive individual who is detail oriented and deadline driven. You will have the confidence to deliver outcomes across a broad range of training activities. You will be able to demonstrate:
2 – 3 years Human Resources or Administration experience, with a willingness to learn and be involved in diverse tasks
Engaging, collaborative and consultative approach with demonstrated ability to interact at all levels and build strong, respectful relationships
The ability to plan and organise a busy workload while providing support to multiple stakeholders
Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
