The opportunity
The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for leading the administration and coordination of their work within the People & Culture team to support various organisational development projects, programs, and events.
Every day is different, and you will bring all your organisational skills, administration and systems experience to the role when you:
- support the planning and communication plans for Learning & Development activities
- provide technical support for our LMS (MHL) and talent management system (PAT)
- and contribute to the development of initiatives and facilitation of programs.
You will also connect and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders to provide information, advice and support to our people by providing quality customer service.
Experience in NSW Health systems such as My Health Learning, Performance and Talent (PAT), and Search and Request Anything (SARA) would be highly regarded, however is not essential for consideration.
This is a full time, ongoing position.
Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
