No prior experience? No problem! We're seeking motivated individuals with a drive to learn quickly and excel in the world of leasing. As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties while focusing on business development to drive growth and success.
Here's what your day will look like:
Collaborating with a team of professionals: You'll work closely with our rental staff to provide guidance, support, and ensure seamless operations.
Client relations: Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders will be crucial to your success. Your excellent communication skills and customer service mindset will shine in this aspect of the role.
Property management: From conducting Routine inspections, Entry / Exit reports, Open for inspections, to processing lease agreements, you'll handle various aspects of property management with efficiency and professionalism.

• Current Agents Representative Certificate
• Drivers Licence
• Finely tuned negotiation skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Corporate presentation
• An eye for attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Organised reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks.
• Experience using Property Me, Inspection Express and Ignite preferred.
