Join a leading international hospitality Operator with a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects. We are seeking a skilled Business Development & Leasing Manager/Senior Manager to join their team based in Perth CBD.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Spearhead the leasing process: Market available apartment hotel units, develop corporate clientele, conduct property tours, and screen potential tenants.
• Negotiate and secure win-win deals: Negotiate lease agreements, address tenant inquiries, and collaborate with property management teams to maximize occupancy.
• Drive revenue and build lasting relationships: Cultivate strong bonds with existing and potential clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Contribute to operational excellence: Maintain property standards, analyze data, and identify opportunities to continuously improve the tenant experience.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• At least 3 years of similar experience in business development, sales, or leasing experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, serviced apartment or apartment hotel).
• Knowledge of residential/corporate leasing management principles and the serviced apartment/apartment hotel asset class.
• A strong track record of consistently exceeding leasing quotas and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Outstanding time management, administration, and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
