LEASING OFFICER

North West Realty has an exciting career opportunity available for a full-time Leasing Officer for an immediate start.

The Role:

• Conducting leasing viewings and appointments
• Tenant Reference Checks and Preparing Lease Agreements
• Maintaining relationships with owners & tenants
• No Trust Accounting, Property Management or BDM – dedicated support provided
• Administration support
• REST & File Smart

Skills and Experience:

• A great attitude and drive to be an outstanding Leasing Officer
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Minimum 1 years Real Estate experience
• Current Driver’s License essential
• WA Property Management Registration will be considered an advantage
