To ensure all contract rates are invoiced to client in accordance with the specific contract Maintain employee personnel files Purchase Order generation for goods and services required by site Maintain employee personnel files folder system ensuring compliance documentation is on hand Data entry expense interface tracker, expense recovered customer detail is in full Maintain register for electrical testing and tagging, filing of evidence supplied from contractor Maintain IT hardware register Maintain register for first aid kit checks and supplies, filing of evidence supplied from contractor Maintain register for fire extinguisher checks, filing of evidence supplied from contractor Maintain RAPID Global for contractor management, employee and third party Ordering of office stationary requirements
