We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our firm as an Administration Assistantto work alongside dedicated paralegals and lawyers in our Moonee Ponds office.
Tasks are varied with a range of administrative duties including creating client files, drafting correspondence, file and data management, following up third parties such as superannuation funds and insurers, and assisting clients with their queries.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Proven customer service experience and a confident phone manner.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Enjoy taking initiative and able to work autonomously.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, however extensive training will be given to the successful candidate.
