Form of workPublic Sector People are partnering with a large local government organisation to recruit for a temporary Legal Administration Assistant.
Contract: 3 month temporary contract
Location: Parramatta Council
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $46 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Providing day to day administrative support to the Legal Services Team, including business support to the legal unit manager.
- Opening electronic (and physical) legal team files and administering the electronic file database for all instructions to the Legal Services Team.
- Maintain records and archiving including litigation status, legal costs etc as directed by the Manager.
Essential:
- Previous administration experience in a legal office
- Local government experience is preferable
