Form of workBerrill & Watson are a busy legal firm with offices in Moonee Ponds and Brisbane. We specialise in assisting individuals in accessing their superannuation and insurance entitlements, taking pride in going that extra mile for clients.
We are seeking to add an energetic and pro-active individual to our team to assist our dedicated paralegals and lawyers with the everyday administration of client matters. This role is based in our Moonee Ponds office.
Tasks are varied with a range of administrative duties including drafting correspondence, file management, preparing claim forms and collating relevant documents, following up third parties such as superannuation funds and insurers, and assisting clients with their queries.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Proven customer service experience and a confident phone manner.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Enjoy taking initiative and able to work autonomously.
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, coupled with excellent customer service.
