BJT Legal has an excellent opportunity for someone to join our progressive firm.
We are currently accepting applications for Legal Assistant / Clerk / Administrative Support within our Wills & Estates team. Hours are Full Time 37.5 hours per week (may consider reduced hours).
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support to staff including director and solicitor.
- Work collaboratively with other experienced support staff and clerks in the team.
- General administration and file management.
Essential Skills required:
- Highly motivated with strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ability to organise and multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Successful applicants will have administration experience. Individuals with Wills, Estate Planning & Deceased Estate experience in a law firm would be preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience (we may pay over the advertised salary band depending on experience).
