Exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Administration/ Legal Assistant to join in a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Kew and become an integral member of their friendly, supportive and collaborative team.
About the role...
Providing administrative support to the Wills & Estates team your varied day will include, but not be limited to:
• opening new matters
• preparing client correspondence and invoices
• lodging and filing of documents with the Court, the Probate Office and other parties
• binding of wills
• liaise with clients and witnessing Will signings with Solicitors
• relief reception
• general administration including photocopying, mail, scanning, electronic and physical file management
Skills and experience we'd love....
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have previous experience as an Administration/Legal Assistant in Wills & Estates, together with;
• well-developed organisational skills
• proficient MS Office skills
• strong attention to detail
• a positive and pro-active team attitude
