In this role, you will be part of a great team providing high-level administrative support to our growing Health litigation / Defendant insurance law team.
The role
Your duties will include:
- Typing / amending correspondence and court documents
- Scanning/photocopying
- Filing and archiving
- Opening and closing files
- Monthly billing
- Liaising with clients
- Compiling and preparing briefs
- Diary management
- General administration duties.
Candidate skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated
- The ability to work in a team as well as manage workloads independently
- A problem solver who is proactive
- Works well under pressure
- Experience using Filepro
- Good typing, spelling and Word skills
