In this role, you will work across the firm to provide secretarial and administrative support to partners and lawyers who are experts in their field, are passionate about what they do and have an outstanding reputation for achieving successful outcomes for their clients.
Your responsibilities will includes:
- Diary management, including scheduling of appointments, meetings and conferences for the practice team members, clients, and third parties
- Telephone - filter incoming calls and deal with inquiries and requests
- Digital dictation
- Draft and finalise correspondence and legal documentation
- Billing
- File management
- Liaising with clients
- General administration duties, including, photocopying, mail, faxing, scanning and binding
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment, where thinking on your feet and showing initiative come second nature to you
- Thrive on working under pressure or at least demonstrated ability at working under pressure
- Be deadline oriented and understand the repercussions of missed deadlines
- Have experience working with multiple authors with different styles
- Want to work in a changing environment
