Are you a highly experienced Legal Secretary looking to work in a National Law Firm?

• Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety Division
• Up to $85k package
• Brisbane CBD
• National Firm

Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to work with 2 Partners of this National Firm.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Dictaphone typing and time recording;
• Diary & email management;
• Phone & email queries inc liaising with clients to take instructions;
• Drafting correspondence, document preparation, editing and formatting;
• Preparation and collation of briefs;
• Minutes of Meetings; Agenda & quarterly conference preparation;
• Billing
• General administration support

About you

To be successful for this role you must have:

• At least 2 years' experience working as a Legal Assistant
• Strong attention to detail
• The confidence to take initiative
• Professional presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
