We are recruiting for an independent recoveries firm. They provide tailored end-to-end claims solutions for their clients, working closely with leading accident management companies in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

Your new role

As the National Manager, your primary objective will be to lead, develop, and coach managers and leaders within their recoveries department. You'll collaborate with the litigation team and panel law firms to understand court trends and implement process improvements. Your role will also involve embedding a performance culture and framework to achieve service levels and drive business goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years' experience leading a large team (+15 people)
• Proven track record in managing in a legal setting
• Strong experience in Recoveries
• Proficient in process and change management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
