AddressMoss & Co have partnered with a Melbourne based, mid-tier Law firm on the recruitment of a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant opportunity. This role supports a Senior Associate and a Lawyer.
The firm are a large sized boutique, of around 80 staff members. Located in the heart of the CBD. The role provides support to a Senior Associate and a Lawyer, all of which work on a range of Litigation matters including debt recovery.
Responsibilities may include;
- Diary Management
- Client Liaison
- Email Management
- Document Management, assisting with preparing Legal documents
- Preparing & Lodging Court documents
- Billing (using Affinity)
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks from time to time
