Our law firm was established in 1978 and has a great reputation for high quality work and friendly staff. Generations of local families have used our services since its establishment. Our main areas of practice are conveyancing, wills and estates, leasing and family law property settlements.
Qualifications & experience
- At least 3 years' experience as a legal receptionist or legal secretary is required.
Tasks & responsibilities
- This is a full-time role.
- The successful candidate will be required to work independently at the reception desk of our firm answering phone calls, greeting clients and scheduling client appointments, whilst also opening files, managing Deed Packets and responding to client enquiries.
- You will also be required to assist with some para-legal work including wills and probate with minimal supervision.
- The successful candidate will have experience in document drafting, including correspondence, wills, deeds and agreements. They will also have great communication and computer skills.
- Proficiency in the legal software system LEAP is desirable.
