The Role:
Legal secretarial role working as part of a team to support multiple Partners in a busy corporate practice. 

Duties will include:

• Communicating with clients, both internal and external
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Handling monthly billing
• Managing electronic documentation
• Organising schedules and diaries
• Maintaining files
• Providing secretarial support to multiple Partners. 

To excel in this role, you should:

• Be flexible, proactive, and well organised. 
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and be willing to learn
• Possess intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word for drafting and formatting documents
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bring at least two years' experience as a Secretary in a professional services environment. 

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience in a Legal Secretarial role to join a professional and busy team.  You will be a well-organised and proactive person who enjoys getting involved and providing support at Partner level.
