The Role:
Legal secretarial role working as part of a team to support multiple Partners in a busy corporate practice.
Duties will include:
- Communicating with clients, both internal and external
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Handling monthly billing
- Managing electronic documentation
- Organising schedules and diaries
- Maintaining files
- Providing secretarial support to multiple Partners.
- Be flexible, proactive, and well organised.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and be willing to learn
- Possess intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word for drafting and formatting documents
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bring at least two years' experience as a Secretary in a professional services environment.
