We are seeking an individual who poses experience working on Personal Injury or WHS & Employment matters. Our client is a well-regarded mid-tier national firm looking for a Personal Assistant to join its Adelaide Insurance Practice Group.

The Role
Reporting into the practice partner, this role will suit someone who is looking for a senior Legal Secretary style of role.
Your duties will include, but not be limited too:
- Diary, travel and email management
- File handling and maintenance
- Document generation and manipulation
- Multiple stakeholder management and liaising (both internal and external)
- Monthly billing
The matters you will work on will be in relation to employment related matters including workers compensation (major claims), work health and safety and allied employment issues.
About You
You will have a minimum of 2yrs+ experience as a Legal Secretary, from either an employment, WH&S or Insurance practice group background.
You will hold strong organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
You must also be a team player and be able to work with other PA’s in the team.
