Treloar & Treloar is a city-based law firm specialising in Wills and Estates. We have an opening for a full-time secretary to support our senior partner and his existing full-time secretary manage a diverse and dynamic workload.
The role is available for immediate commencement, and will involve:
- timely preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and invoices
- assisting clients over the phone and in person
- general office duties including file management
The successful candidate will have experience in:
- Wills, deceased estate administration, and litigation
- one or more of LEAP (or a similar document management software), PEXA, SAILIS, CourtSA and digital dictation software
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, with demonstrable accurate word processing skills.
