Bernays Lawyers currently has an opportunity for a full-time Legal Secretary to join our well established firm.
The successful Applicant should have a minimum twelve months experience in a similar role, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, document management and have an understanding of accounting systems.
In addition you will be self motivated with exceptional oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Duties will include:-
- Preparation, drafting and reviewing of correspondence and legal documents
- Diary management
- Client liaison
- Attending settlements
- Incoming and outgoing telephone communications with clients, banks and other Solicitors
- General Administrative Duties, as required
