Duties
An exciting opportunity has become available to fill a Legal Secretary role.
This role will be full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, preparing and filing Court Documents, preparing Contracts, Dictaphone typing, preparing and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, answering incoming telephone calls and making outgoing calls, diary management, greeting and liaising with clients, file archiving and maintenance, liaising with Solicitors, liaising with professionals, assisting our Solicitors and Conveyancers with managing their matters and general office operations.
What you need to qualify
Essential Criteria
- Well Presented;
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously.
- Minimum two years experience in a Legal Firm.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas of Law: Conveyancing, Criminal, Estate Planning, Family Law or Probate.
- Knowledge of LEAP and PEXA Software.
- Strong organisational skills.
