Permanent Part TimeLegal Secretary role
Hours 9am - 5pm 1 hour lunch
3 days per week but can be flexible
Providing administrative support
Diary & Email management
Preparing, processing, and editing legal documents
Preparing briefs
Dictaphone Typing
Liaising with clients
Ad-hoc secretarial dutiesAbout You:
To be considered for Permanent Part Time opportunity, you will have;Experience working as a Legal Secretary (minimum 2 years)
Experience using LEAP ideally
Have exposure across Wills & Estates (bonus)
Confidence liaising with clients, lawyers, and senior staff members
Strong attention to detail, along with exceptional organisational skills.
Competent time management skills.
