Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of commercial lawyers
• Manage correspondence, appointments, and scheduling
• Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
• Assist with billing and invoicing
• Maintain and organise files and records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary (experience in commercial law is a plus)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive and can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
