Our team of specialist lawyers practice within a diverse range of areas, including: Criminal Law, Family Law, Child Protection, Commercial Law, Wills and Estates, Traffic Offences, Conveyancing and Domestic Violence.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Legal Secretary to join our team at our Redcliffe office.

Key Responsibilities
- You will primarily be assisting our Wills & Estates lawyer, however, undertaking other duties as required by solicitors in other areas of law.
- Assisting with day-to-day operational duties, such as, greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and calendaring.
- Accurate word processing and typing.
- Dictation processing.
- Prepare briefs and documents and attend to routine correspondence.
- Maintain filing, bring ups, and opening files.
- Assist the team to meet deadlines.
- Ensure services are completed in a timely and professional manner.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, confident, reliable and willing to work as part of a close-knit team. Ideal background and skills:
- As we are a small firm, flexibility in your role is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with LEAP software (preferred).
