My name is Ben - I want to know if it is possible to start a company that does $15 million in revenue in its first 12 months (the answer is yes) but to make this happen we will have to coordinate lots of people and do some tricky things.

The role you’re about to dominate:
Think scheduling, organizing, pro-active decision making and jumping in on cool projects – that's what this role is all about! It's the perfect mix of keeping things tidy and diving into something new.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Potentially prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organising company events and meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Be a wizard with the tech sides of things.
- handle company policy and onboarding structuring
- Be comfortable having necessary conversations with team members on directors behalf
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Not afraid to speak up and voice opinions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to grow, learn and be stretched.
