Your New Chapter

At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst. As the first point of contact for technical issues, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving IT-related problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications.
  • Assist with password resets, account creations, and access permissions.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support when necessary.
  • Become a trusted advisor to our clinics across NZ and Australia, building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders

Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and/or macOS), and common software applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
  • 1+ Years' experience an IT Support Role
  • Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider would be advantageous
