Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Level 1/Level 2 Support Engineer to enhance our IT team. The ideal candidate will manage first and second level support, tackle a broad spectrum of technical challenges, and uphold supreme customer satisfaction, all while gaining the opportunity to build an exceptional skill set across diverse technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second level technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Manage ticketing system, ensure all issues are tracked, updated, and resolved promptly.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
- Follow-up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Prepare activity reports and update the knowledge database.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Support Engineer or similar role.
- Must have exceptional and demonstrated troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of computer systems (e.g., hardware/software, networks).
- Familiarity with common OS and software applications.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
- Demonstrated strong willingness to learn will be a key factor to a successful application
- Current Valid WA Drivers License
