As a Library Officer Community Engagement, you will play a crucial role in promoting lifelong learning, literacy, and leisure opportunities for all age groups.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a calendar of programs and activities
- Create promotional materials for library events
- Engage with the community through social media platforms and innovative outreach initiatives
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma (or higher) in Library & Information Services or Marketing / Communications, a valid Driver's Licence, and a Working with Children Check. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in digital tools and social networking platforms.
