Form of workPark Lane Croydon is a family owned and operated Aged Care Residence accommodating 104 Residents. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lifestyle Assistant to join our team.
We have a PPT Saturday Shift each week 10am to 4.30pm in our beautiful Memory Support Community.
We also have Casual shifts available Monday to Friday for leave cover 10am to 3.30pm and 10am to 4.30pm.

The Park Lane Croydon lifestyle program enjoys fantastic recreational resources, including dedicated lifestyle area, large lounge areas, library, chapel, cafe, vegetable garden etc.
What you need:
- Cert IV in Lifestyle & Leisure
- Great communication skills.
- Great documentation practice.
- Good understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation.
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- A current NDIS Screening Check
- Vaccinations in accordance with Government requirements
