We are looking for a Client Services Manager to assist our Litigation department support team in the day to day dealings with our clients.
This role predominantly involves handling incoming enquiries from our existing and potential new clients, including clients from our referrers. You will be required to obtain all relevant details of the client enquiry and assist them initially before arranging an appointment with one of our lawyers. The role includes all issues relating to Client Services and the client experience with our firm. You will also assist the department manager in the day to day management and support of the litigation department, including paralegal tasks on client matters.
Our team is made up of experienced lawyers, graduates and paralegals who practice exclusively in this demanding and diverse area of law. The Role
As a Client Service Manager in our Litigation team, you will be assisting with client enquiries in matters that span various areas of litigation, including Commercial Litigation and Estate Litigation covering various state and federal jurisdictions. You will also deal with our referrers and help maintain our relationships with key personnel, as well as carry out paralegal support work.
You will join a growing litigation department of 12 which includes Partners, Special Counsel, Senior Associates, Lawyers, Graduates and Paralegals. The role is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our clients and communicate with people. We are looking for a candidate with some Client Services/sales experience that is eager, compassionate, precise and has a good eye for detail when it comes to taking notes and data entry.
The role requires:
- Taking incoming enquiries and calls from clients
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Qualifying enquiries in line with our processes and procedures
- Data entry
- Reporting
- Liaising with clients and witnesses
- General legal administrative support
- Dictation may be required (previous experience not essential)
- Distribution and marketing assistance for the department
- Providing support and exceptional service to all staff and our clients

This full-time position is based at our Coolangatta office located in The Strand building with views overlooking Coolangatta beach. There will be the opportunity to work at our other office locations when required.
