About the Role:
Troy Legal has an opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate) to work as part of a small specialist team. You will work with a range of construction clients in disputed and litigated matters across NSW and QLD.
Your prior litigation experience, common sense and practical approach will be the key to your success. Troy Legal seeks to align with its clients by minimising legal speak and facilitating cost effective and beneficial commercial outcomes.
The role will suit an experienced professional seeking Work-Life-Balance.
Following an initial 4 week induction period, you will have the opportunity to combine working in the office and from home.
Your skills and experience:
- Construction law experience preferred but not essential
- History of managing litigation files independently
- Minimum 3 years PAE
- Commercial acumen
- Common sense and practical approach
