Around the world, we enhance the life, reliability, and quality of essential rail services and infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated Office Co-ordinator to join us for six months in our Brisbane CBD headquarters.
About the opportunity
This is a dynamic and exciting role, and our ideal candidate will be customer focused, highly organised, and able to work autonomously as well as part of our amazing team. Reporting to the Head of Safety & People, the role is a combination of general office duties and supporting our safety & people team with HR and training-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing the facilities of the Loram head office and ensuring Loram’s offices are maintained to a high standard.
- Provide low volume front-line phone coverage of behalf of Brisbane office.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional materials as required.
- Assist with maintaining our learning system data and mobilisation of employees.
- Conduct general recruitment duties including posting role advertisements, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy at all times
- Experience in an administration role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Strong time management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple tasks at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Pro-active and strong use of initiative
