The Role

Toll People, in partnership with a world-leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, is seeking experienced Storepeople to join our growing team in Wacol. You'll play a vital role within operations by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and parts, and keeping their business moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move and transport stock within the warehouse and production areas.
• Pick orders efficiently using your expertise in operating order picker forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks, ships, and racks with accuracy and care.
• Manually pick parts and load trolleys or pallets for transport to production.
• Use a computer system to manage orders, check stock availability, identify missing parts, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform manual handling tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills & Experience

• Current valid LO/LF license for Order Picker and Counterbalance Forklift
• Experience operating order picker forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience in a warehouse/dispatch environment is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
