Rentokil Pest Control have an excellent opportunity for a Local Service Manager to join our team in Brisbane on a permanent full time basis.
Reporting to the Pest Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Pest Technicians across the Brisbane region to ensure quality delivery of service and customer satisfaction.
The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Supervise, develop and coach the Pest Technician team
- Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety pod meetings
- Conduct regular quality audits
- Conduct regular Technician Performance Assessments
- Inducting new staff members to the team
- Managing and scheduling service runs
- Administration related to servicing activities
- Managing customer feedback
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role (minimum 2 years)
- Certificate IV Front line Management (desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills
- People management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI’s
- Time management skills
- A current Australian Driver's licence is essential
