The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day operational supervision for the location’s resources both front and back of house, in effect the ‘go to’ person for assistance.
The role will provide clear direction to, and ensure actions are carried out, by all Rental Sales Officers and Vehicle Detailers to optimise operational productivity and efficiency within the location.
You will set a high standard to ensure all branch processes and procedures are followed consistently, accurately and in a timely manner.
The Branch Supervisor will control and supervise the fleet inventory to ensure all bookings are covered and spare available fleet is ready on hand to maximise last minute walk up and reservation opportunities.
The Branch Supervisor will supervise by example and provide a high level of customer service and customer interaction to enhance the overall customer experience. You will play an important part in consulting and working with the State Manager to ensure all work groups are trained, supported and performance managed.
A keen desire and willingness to learn will see the State Manager develop your understanding in the areas of employee engagement and development, KPI target achievement, administrative policy’s, processes and systems, fleet inventory management, customer service, health and safety and the presentation and operational standards of the location.
The position requires the ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business.
