Working as a logistics and administration Coordinator you will provide administrative and analytical support to the logistics team with the primary focus being around special deliveries!
Location: Huntngwood , NSW
Duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and delivery partners on matters relating to delivery and transport of products
- Running regular logistics reports for the team
- Liaise with the Australian Border Force (ABF), New Zealand Customs Service and other regulatory bodies to facilitate the customs clearance process and resolve any issues that may arise
- Tracking deliveries and updating customers and stakeholders as required
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, customer service, and sales teams, to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance processes
- Ensure proper data record retention according to the country regulations.

Do you have:
- A good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel
- Previous experience within Customer Service and/or administration
- Logistics experience in transport function
- Customer service experience
